    Great location. Near Boston Commons, the Orange and Green lines of the T, restaurants and 1/2 mile to Whole Foods. Nicely furnished, but it stops there. Prior to arrival wanted me to electronically sign that we were Massachusetts residents (we are not) that a family member was being treated at nearby hospital and wanted copies of the front and back our our credit card and driver's licenses. Told to just upload the documents and ignore the things we needed to certify. We were assured that this was secure and no one would access the copies unless we damaged the unit. Guess what - I uploaded copy of credit card with all digits except last 4 blurred as this was a security issue. They requested 4 times that I upload a clear copy as they couldn't read it. Spoke with them several times and was assured this was completely secure and I could not check in until they had this information. Unit not ready when promised and told at front desk that they had no record of my reservation. Lots of back and forth and unit finally ready about 2 hours late. They wanted copies of everyone's driver's license. We had 2 bedroom unit and only 4 bath towels for 4 people. No soap or body wash. Kitchen sparsely furnished - no dish towels, no pot holders. No spices or other items. Had a salt and pepper shaker displayed but both were empty. Unit was old and worn looking. Gaps in flooring. Water pressure non existent for showers. One ice cube tray that made 8 mini cubes and it was cracked. Difficult to get cubes out of it. I would have cancelled reservation and gone elsewhere if they has started with their crazy requests earlier when I could have located a different unit. Don't stay here unless you aren't worried about having your identity and credit card information stolen.     Lovely apartment, central though booking was difficult to complete

    Though difficult to book, customer service was eventually helpful and we got our place. Their booking system is difficult especially if you’re from outside the US. (That’s why I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 rating).However, once we arrived, the concierges were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful throughout our stay. Our two bedroom apartment was on the 8th floor and was very clean. The apartment was spacious and reasonably well equipped and felt safe. Although we only stayed a few days you could definitely stay here for an extended period if visiting Boston either for work or pleasure.The location is very good, at the edge of Chinatown and close to the subway, park and main attractions.     Absolutely loved my stay! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.     A once iconic lounge gone bad

    Lounge service was nonexistent. Didn’t respond until we got up to leave after 30 minutes without any attention whatsoever. A once iconic lounge was filled with intoxicated loud clientele. A terrible experience. Watched as the help scurried about helping those who were drinking to excess while we left without ever being serviced. Once we switched to the private lounge two servers again ignored us while attending to others. The cheese bar had no utensils and people were using their hands to forage. Awful.
