  Comfortable stay, clean hotel

  Great hotel! Stayed here a year ago and again this year. Second floor was super quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Have yet to get the fresh baked cookies, lol, but still worth the stay! The Irish Pub attached to the hotel is great! The location is an easy 30-minute drive or less from Logan airport. And maybe ten minutes from a strip mall that has everything you need (Target, Michael’s, even a Top Golf for entertainment). We came for an ice show at SCOB full of Olympians and World Champion skaters - highly recommend timing your trip to enjoy a show!

  If you have any disability or medical condition stay as far away from this hotel as possible. I alerted the staff that I have a medical condition in which I cannot process animal fats (I have to eat vegan). I kindly asked about if they had any non-dairy creamer or milk for their coffee. "No." I asked about getting some (not even complaining that I couldn't partake in the breakfast because it's ALL meat, eggs, dairy). The rude girl at the front desk said she'd ask her manager. The next day "no!". So I called Hilton to lodge a complaint (especially since they have a sign saying to talk to them about dietary restrictions) and apparently it's not 2025/2026 and they were unwilling to stock any kind of non-dairy creamer. Hilton told me to talk to the same rude girl at the front desk and she will compensate me with Hilton Honors Points. Points won't compensate me properly against this discrimination, but whatever. When I spoke with her, "no. A manager has to do that". Still no points and nobody has reached out about this. Aside from the horrendous customer service the room was also disgusting. There's pink mold all over the shower, the ceiling looked like it's falling down in some places, and you can hear everything from the room above. Doors slam in the hallway all night long. Seriously, stay ANYWHERE else.

  It Does Its Job

  My wife and I stayed here over Thanksgiving to celebrate with family about five miles away. No complaints. The room was spacious enough and clean (maid service every other day). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious enough. The staff was accommodating at every turn. The free breakfast was OK; nothing to write home about. In essence, we got exactly what we expected, and that's a good thing.

  Okay for the price, but needs a renovation

  We recently stayed at this Hampton for a night while traveling through New England; the main appeal was its price, as the hotel was significantly cheaper than nearby offerings (around $100 pre-tax for a fall weeknight). The property is nicely situated about 30 minutes from Boston, not factoring in traffic, and a little over an hour from Newport. There aren’t a ton of food options within the immediate area, but plenty within a 10 minute drive. We appreciated the fresh cookies at the front desk when we arrived and were warmly greeted by a female trainee. The front desk staff overall was pleasant, though the woman managing breakfast was quite uptight and needed to be involved with everything. The morning offerings were just okay - you could find enough to put a plate together, but the quality was average at best and some typical breakfast staples (like bananas, for example) were absent. Our room on the second floor was fine for an overnight stop. The condition of the room was pretty clean, though furnishings were fairly beat (scuffs on furniture, fraying carpet, etc.). Because we stay at Hamptons often, we noticed that some small things, like the hallway carpet or curtains in the room, matched the design found in newer Hamptons; it seemed odd that small details were renovated and mismatched with older decor. Overall, the hotel was sufficient for what we paid and served its purpose for our needs, but could definitely benefit from a full renovation in the near future.

  Breakfast of Champions!

  I had the good fortune of meeting Kim and her team earlier today - they prepare breakfast and welcome guests into their lounge. They were so incredibly kind, the eggs, sausages and potatoes were super fresh and, even though I was running behind schedule, they encouraged me to enjoy breakfast. They made my day and I appreciate them all very much.
