    The room was clean, and I felt that the hotel was in a nice area and I felt safe as a solo traveler. However, the front staff that checks people in, were not friendly and not welcoming. That’s why I rated it for instead of five stars.     Our go to place to stay while in Woburn

    This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at this Hampton Inn in Woburn (January 8-11). We have been completely satisfied with all three of our stays here. The hotel is in a great location, a short drive to the Anderson-Woburn train station, the Market Basket supermarket, restaurants, and the Burlington Mall. The hotel itself is a very quiet and comfortable place to stay. Its rooms (we had a king room) are spacious and very clean, and a good value for the price we paid. My husband and I would like to give a shout out to Lakeysha at the front desk. She was very welcoming, and went above and beyond to address any needs we had during our stay. The Hampton Inn Woburn has become our go to place to stay when we are in this area.     Only issue was breakfast ends at 9am sharp Monday-Friday. We where not business travelers so not ideal. Also could not get a glass anywere. Just paper/ plastic cups, in rooms and public spaces.     Nice, Quiet Hotel

    We stayed here while in Boston. It is about 14 miles (20 mins) from downtown. There is a rail station about a mile away from the hotel, but we took an Uber into and back from the city. The rooms were clean, and quiet (although we were on top floor) the staff was very friendly and helpful.
