    Shakeia was absolutely amazing, and one of the best people at Hilton I’ve ever met! This is my first time visiting Boston, and I'm touring universities here with a family member. I had absolutely no clue where to go, what to look at, and what to see as I was completely new to not only Boston, but the East Coast as a whole. Not only did she provide me with excellent service and amazing support as to where to go, she helped tell me about the hidden gems that weren't just tourist traps in Boston! She also told me the best ways to maneuver around Boston without getting lost and or wasting time! When I say exceptional service, I mean EXCEPTIONAL! She had an amazing attitude and truly seemed to care about providing me with excellent service at Hilton. She was welcoming, kind, and very respectful, and I will definitely be coming back to this location simply because of her service! Thank you, Hilton, for an amazing vacation at this Boston location, and thank you Shakeia for such excellent service!

    I recently stayed at the Hilton Boston Back Bay during one of the most stressful times of my life — I was in Boston for surgery — and the entire team made me feel so safe, comfortable, and cared for that it truly felt like home.From the very beginning, the lobby staff went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Josh, Johnson, Katherin, Amin, Millenia, and Kayon were all incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made sure everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived, and that meant the world to me given how anxious I was.I also want to give a very special mention to the wonderful housekeeper on the 23rd floor — I didn't catch her name, but she is one of the warmest, most genuinely caring people I have ever encountered in hospitality. Her kindness and dedication to her work truly deserve to be recognized and rewarded.The room was comfortable, the service was impeccable, and the entire staff made what could have been an overwhelming experience into something so much more manageable. I left feeling grateful and well taken care of. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Excellent Stay in a Beautiful Hotel

    We are very picky about our hotels (and noise) so we were hesitant to book this hotel because of the negative reviews and concerns about construction. However, we are glad we gave it a chance. The renovations are beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The room felt large for a city like Boston and appeared to be completely remodeled. There were only 3 elevators but we never waited that long so maybe we were just lucky? No complaints here. The front desk staff were friendly, as were all of the staff members we encountered during our 4 night stay. We really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. Food was great as was the service. (No buffet but one of the better hotel breakfasts we have had.). Everything was fresh and nicely prepared. I believe they moved the restaurant into this space with the renovation and they did a great job with it.We loved the location of the hotel. We were there for a Red Sox game and walking distance to Fenway was maybe 20 minutes and we passed lots of shops and restaurants on the way. On our last day, we walked to Boston Common and took a tour along the Freedom Trail which ended by the water. We were going to take a taxi back but it's such a beautiful city we decided to walk back to the hotel which we really enjoyed. (And I don't usually enjoy walking!)There was a little bit of construction remaining on the first floor but that was nowhere near the guest rooms and it didn't bother us at all. Don't hesitate to book this hotel!

    Loved my stay at the Hilton Back Bay! Hotel is located close to the Hynes Convention Center. As a Diamond member, I was able to choose an upgraded room and was on the 26th floor with views of the Prudential Center and the Charles. Room 2617 was light and airy and updated. Staff were excellent to a person, cannot emphasize that enough. Parking is attached to the hotel, so while pricey, it offers in and out privileges and you can go from garage to lobby and then to your room. Ate breakfast at the hotel to utilize the Food and Beverage Credit. Excellent bakery/cafe Flour across the street. I did not encounter any issues with any construction. UBER arrived in 1 minute. Great location.
