    Great place. One of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed in. From the excellent shuttle service, check in experience and room cleanliness. Plus you are within walking distance of the beach and the blu line T.     Great hotel near airport

    One of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels i’ve been in and i’ve stayed in a lot. The hotel is newer very nice rooms great little gym. The customer service was awesome free shuttle to airport. Only downside is the morning breakfast get ride if all the cheap disposable cutters and upgrade you paper products.

    Very nice people here. Easy check in and check out. Room was nice and convenient. Breakfast was good the next morning. Would recommend this hotel for anyone flying in looking for a nice place to stay. Shuttle from the airport was a plus. It made it easy transporttaion.

    I had a great experience at this location. The hotel clean, comfortable & quiet...exactly what I needed. Staff is friendly & helpful. The buffet style breakfast was consistently great during my 4 night stay. I only gave 4 stars because they keep raising the cost of parking. There is currently a $30 per night parking fee, that was recently raised from $25 per night. When this location opened a few years back, I belive the parking was $15.

    Still waiting a month on my security deposits

    Hotel was fabulous but some staff have made our stay here an absolute nightmare. My family was sent to this hotel by the airline we were using for 1 night after our flight was cancelled on 22nd Dec 24. We checked in at 3.30am. We got charged a security deposit for 3 rooms (75 total) which was fine BUT on the same day I got charged another €128.46 for 1 room?? by the front desk manager and then another €25 as I was standing talking to her at the reception desk even though I was explaining the reason why we were there in the first place, because of a cancelled flight and the airline was covering the costs!! For all 3 rooms . I asked her what the charge was for and she said it was a mistake and she was refunding it straight away on the 22nd. We checked out at 3.30am on the 23rd and was assured by management that all refunds was sent back to my card. I received half my money back on the 5th January 25 when i phoned the hotel to ask where my deposit was and was left on hold for over 40mins , I had to put the phone down and call back after getting cut off and then got speaking to another girl who tried to resolve this issue but done so by sending me half my money back on the 6th. I've sent a few emails up until today and am still waiting to get it resolved i have correspondence from 2 different people in the IHG group aswell as other management at this hotel to ask them to just repay me back my money, I'm waiting nearly a month now to be refunded. As i said a nightmare experience even though we never intended to stay here in the first place shocking treatment from the Holiday Inn and the IHG Group management teams.
