  Good location. Clean. Extremely comfy bed!

  Stayed here for one night before s medical procedure. Easy access from the highway and an easy trip through back toads to med facility in Needham in the AM. Hotel was very clean. Front desk friendly & efficient. Suite 619 on the top floor overlooking the highway was large and quiet ( good soundproofing!!). A sign on the elevator says $0 Doordash fees for hotel guests. Breakfast in the AM was very good-lots of hot & cold choices. Fitness center was modern & well-equipped including a back/ leg stretching chair. Indoor pool was closed for refurbishment during our short stay. The bed was among the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel.   We stayed here for a few youth soccer games in the area. The location is fantastic. We easily got to Newton and Westwood for our games and the area has many good restaurants, liquor stores and shops. The hotel itself has clearly had updates. The lobby area is very pretty. Perplexing to us, the lobby bar is only open Monday-Thursday. As you can imagine, a group of soccer parents would have enjoyed some drinks in the evening and the hotel would have made some good money. But it was not. The free breakfast each morning was very good. Sunday mornings hot food had a few different items than Saturday's did. They had a little breakfast taco bar set up Saturday which was a hit. Fresh bagels and pastries, coffee was always full. They were a little late with the setup Sunday morning but it was all out by 7:10 or so. Rooms are very large as they're all suites. We didn't need the kitchen but the full fridge and drinkware in the cupboards came in handy. A negative was the fact that there was no water in the ENTIRE HOTEL when we checked in Saturday. They had to replace a pump or something. The guests who were already in the hotel were not notified and we were not notified at or before our check-in. That's not good customer service. It was back on within the time frame they gave me when I inquired at the front desk. Grab and go area was well stocked. I had to ask for my 2 free waters being a Hilton Member and was told I could just grab two from the cooler. That works but I did have to ask. Plenty or safe parking. Overall a good stay.   This stay was for 3 nights. The rooms are comfortable however the service was mediocre. Upon arrival we received a text to see if we needed anything, I asked for coffee pods and I never received them or was acknowledged. We brought bathing suits hoping to exercise in the pool during our stay and the pool was closed the whole time. After breakfast the coffee was supposed to be available but all the cups were gone. When I asked for a cup, the attendant was clearly annoyed. Hilton used to have much better service, disappointed in this visit.

  Great hotel. Seemed to be new or newly renovated. Large, very clean rooms, great breakfast, nice staff and a good location! I would definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

  Not at All Like the 4-Star Reviews — Dirty and Smelly Stay

  I booked this hotel after seeing all the 4/5 star reviews, expecting the same quality experience. Instead, I found hair on the bed, used contact lenses left behind, no towels or paper towels provided on arrival, and pillows/bedding that smelled so bad my daughter refused to sleep in her bed. The odor even triggered a migraine for me and left me tossing all night. My stay was nothing like the reviews promised and far below Hilton standards.
