  Convenient but not worth the price

  Convenient location. Suite was spacious, loved having 2BR with 2bath and kitchenette. Beds comfortable, lighting was good. Room location was quiet so sleeping was easy at night. Finding parking was not a problem when we arrived late at night.Quality and cleanliness was not worth the price they charge though. Drawer knobs missing or mismatched, torn carpet, what appeared to be black mold on bedroom ceiling, someone else’s fingerprints on tv screen, shower curtain that was too long and thick for tub.When checking out I was asked if an email receipt was acceptable, not usually a problem so I agreed to it. When I checked my email the receipt included an address in a different state next to my name instead of my address, said I was there for a concert which I was not and had absolutely no itemized charges, only a zero balance was listed. How am I supposed to use that receipt for anything when it doesn’t even say what the room charges were for the 2nights?

  Seriously needs updating

  Our room was on the second floor and we were lucky that it was quiet for the most part. The room itself was so worn it was hard to believe we were staying at a Marriot property. The fridge in the kitchen looked like someone had shot hockey pucks at the exterior. The drawer where the silverware should have been was lacking a knob so the silverware tray was sitting on the counter. The rugs had so many stains that I would not walk around barefoot. The vanity area outside the bathroom had toothpaste stains on the carpet (who has carpet in the bathroom?). The shower had been updated. Breakfast was actually above average. Eggs/Bacon and Biscuits and Gravy on the first day. The next day was Egg White omelets, sausage, and home fries. Also waffles, breakfast breads, yogurt, etc on both days. Staff kept all the food trays filled and the dining room clean.We have family in the area and based on the shabby rooms will look for different options to stay in the future.

  Uncomfortable Stay

  Room was clean and may have been updated because shower was excellent and looked new. Huge TV offered Netflix which was nice. BUT… room was excessively noisy. AC/Heat was very very loud with compressor possibly in locked closet next to bed. Bathroom fan also loud and always on if light was on. Sounds from neighboring rooms clearly audible. Bed was hard as a rock though pillows were good and linens fresh and clean. On arrival reception was friendly but hallways smelled of fish and were very very shabby. Not a good first impression. Room was dark. I do not think I would stay here again because of noise and bed hurt my back. But my room was definitely clean and bathroom was nice with great shower

  Is this really a Marriott?

  This is like a budget motel with internal doors. As I write this note it is 4:00 in the morning. I was awoken at about 2:00 AM by the smell of cigarettes and pot permeating the heating system. It was so strong that it jolted me from my sleep. Although almost freezing outside, I needed to air out the place for a half hour with the windows open. Otherwise the building is loud - can hear above neighbors and trucks outside clear as a bell. The place is dirty, wallpaper in bad condition, advertised fireplace doesn’t work, spotty wifi usually doesn’t work, most levels stink of marijuana most of the time, curtains hanging uneven, bathroom tub stained, the list goes on. Room phone doesn’t call to front desk. Front desk told me that their printer doesn’t work (had to print a 2-page eulogy), only to find out the next day that it works just fine. Breakfast is actually quite good and most front desk staff were wonderful, but not all. Had a problem with the noise and supervisor quickly changed my room but that cigarette stink through the heating system is beyond the fray. I have turned off the heat but the stink is still coming through a bit. I will never again stay at a residence inn.

  Filth, disgusting & Marriot should be ashamed

  This place is disgusting & absolutely filthy. The first room smelled of dog piss so bad I could smell it in the hallway & was so strong in the room it would make you gage. Second room was filthy but I was exhausted so I stayed. The smell of stale cigarette smoke, stains all over the couch, looked like someone spilt milk down the front of the fridge, burn holes in the carpet & furniture. The hallway carpet is disgusting & you can smell cigarette smoke bellowing out of the rooms.Pubic hair all over the bathroom & shower. Walls are paper thin & when people cook in anointing rooms the smell comes through the bathroom vent. Toilet seat does not stay I’ll do that’s fun. Do yourself a favor & if this is the only hotel you can find, stay in your vehicle. I was going to stay for 3 months but didn’t make it 12 hours.
