    Demetrius at the front desk was great. The bartender was nice as was our waitress. David and Chris with the banquet staff are great. Some of the other staff, not at all nice. Our room wasn't very clean at all. The same trash was in the hall for days on end.

    Affordable Full Service Hotel on 95 in (Newton/Needham) area

    Stayed 8 nights for visiting friends and family in Greater Boston area. Chose the hotel because of location, good value and reviews of good hotel service. It is a basic but full service hotel and I was able to get room service late at night after arriving in a rainy night in April. Room service was reasonably priced and the Club (opens from Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon) is well stocked with fruits, snacks and drinks. Breakfast buffet at the Club and hotel restaurant offered choices similar to breakfasts at Residence Inn/Fairfield Inn chains. Most notable is the service by Cecilia at the front desk. Although I was not able to get a suite upgrade when I checked in, Cecilia said she would look for an upgrade after a conference at the hotel is over later in the week. She followed up and upgraded my room to a suite on Day 3 (thanks to my lifetime platinum elite status). I had read hotel reviews about the good customer service at this hotel and they did delivered. Bravo!

    This hotel had everything one needs...a (small) gym, plenty of parking, clean rooms, and decent breakfast food. (There's a pool, also...but our party didn't use it.) The staff was quite friendly, too, perhaps the one thing that really stands out about our stay here.

    The location was great—close to plenty of places, the mall was about 18 minutes away. The hotel was clean, and the pool was a decent size. The bar and food options were very good. Chef Taylor did an amazing job and often came out to check to make sure everything was okay. He was very attentive and friendly. Florence, our waitress, was very nice and prompt with service. Eunice at the front desk made check-in a breeze and was also very kind.

    MICE IN HOTEL ROOM

    MICE IN THE ROOM!!!!!!!! We had mice in our hotel room. Running around . Absolutely disgusting. The front desk didn’t even comment other than to say they refunded us for our stay. Clearly a known issue. And my research has now shown this has been a problem for years. Wish I had read reviews before going. Gross!!!!!!!!! My children are horrified, were crying hysterically and we were left with nowhere to stay late at night.
