    Very nice hotel in Boston suburb, affordable, close to Concord/Lexington

    Stayed one night as we flew out of Boston the next a.m. This was one of the affordable hotels in Boston and was a quick Saturday a.m drive to the airport as it is about 25 min without traffic away. This is in a northern suburb of Boston but close to airport. If there was traffic that might be an issue to get to the airport fast. The room was so quiet, very nice comfortable bed and linens and huge bathroom. Large tv in room, we did not use the "suite" / kitchen but it is there if staying longer in Boston. Parking was large and well lit and there are restaurants close by. Staff was very nice. Hallways were clean and freshly decorated. Will stay here again, easy.

    The room was comfortable, but the shower pressure isn’t great. The cleaning lady never took our trash after we left it outside for her to take and change the bag.The staff that I came across were average, and only one person there that deserves 5 stars is Neil! Very nice dude and goes above and beyond for people. If I can give him 10 stars I would!

    My partner & I stay regularly - this is our go to when we’re in the area. All of the staff are so lovely & helpful! We want to give a special shoutout and thank you to LA, who is always a pleasure & goes above & beyond. The rooms are large & comfortable, & if we’re ever in need, the staff is quick to accommodate. The only downside is there are no breakfast options, but on the plus side the suites have a stovetop & cookware to make your own. They also have a small store so if you need something like milk it is available.

    We stayed there almost 2 months had only 2 room services. The first one was only because we asked the housekeeper to come clean it the second one scheduled for the day after but the front desk said it would be done next day. Management of the business is horrible as the assistant general manager has her favorite guest that she gives special accommodations to. We were spending are hard earned money on a place that took little to no care of our guest experience. The only way our room was cleaned was by me doing it.     Here's a tip..... Anyone who is planning a stay at this hotel will be in for a treat This hotel is great and I will be back. I have to say that LA ho works the desk area is an exceptional staff member. He went beyond and above his work detail to make sure my stay was as comfortable as it could of been. He answer all my questions and recommended fine and wine dining behind the hotel. Someone from the Management team should either give him a raise or a medal for his work ethics. Great employee!
