Location

The hotel is located in the heart of Boston's fashionable Back Bay, adjacent to the Prudential and Copley Place malls. It is within walking distance of many of Boston's finest shops, museums, galleries and landmarks, including Newbury Street, Symphony Hall, Northeastern University, the Hynes Convention Center, the Museum of Fine Arts and Fenway Park. The hotel is just minutes away from Logan International Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 285 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 11 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser.     Our Favorite Pet-friendly Hotel

    We stayed at The Colonnade for a week with our ferret Koko, and it has become our favorite hotel in Boston. The location is excellent, so much is within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with beautiful city views. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly, from the doorman, Norman and housekeeping team to the front desk staff. Najoua at the front desk was especially helpful and kind during both check-in and check-out.We also really appreciated how welcoming the hotel was with our ferrets. Before our trip, we had reached out to a few pet-friendly hotels to ask if three ferrets would be allowed, since two of ours needed medication every few hours and we planned to bring them with us. We also let them know our ferrets were very well wee-wee pad trained. The Colonnade was very understanding and said they could all stay with us, which meant a lot. Sadly, two of our ferrets passed away before the trip, but we still really appreciated their kindness and flexibility.The rooftop pool was a nice bonus, especially on hot afternoons. The only downside was that we wished the gym was a little bigger. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

    Our stay at the Colonnade was a great experience. They have the personal touch you don’t see much anymore. It’s also in a great location in Back Bay. I highly recommend!

    Great Boston experience

    Was on a business trip to Boston and was very happy with my stay at the Colonnade. The location is great, the pricing was a real value, and the room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Bed was comfortable and the a/c could get the room nice and cool which is to my preference. Nice toiletries, and the rubber duck was a nice surprise and was a nifty surprise for my kid when I got back home. The staff was very attentive and made check in and check out a breeze. Nice lobby bar and the bartender made a great old fashioned. Will definitely be making this my home base when visiting Boston.

    We had an amazing experience at the Colonnade Hotel. All the staff were very friendly, the lobby and rooms were clean, Badr and Hicham were super pleasant in helping us with our bags upon first entering; we would stay at the colonnade again 10 times over!

    Having traveled regularly from the UK to the USA over the last 4 decades, I can confidentially say that the Team @COLONNADE BOSTON MA have set a benchmark that I will measure all hotels against, should I stay at another hotel in another State, as I will only stay on the Colonnade during any future visits to Boston MA.My Wife and I spent 4 nights at the Colonnade while attending our Daughters Graduation from Harvard, and we had the best stay ever.We received a sincere, warm and professional welcome from Aidan at the desk who took us through the customary logistics when onboarding into a hotel. Our room was really pleasant and stacked with complementary teas, coffees, water and snacks.

The standard throughout the Colonnade is really high with a well equipped gym and rooftop swimming pool and bar to enjoy.Norman ‘the king of the foyer’ was on hand to ensure that we were made to feel ‘right at home’ and was really helpful and welcoming. Lily was also on hand at the main reception and could not do enough for us.
 I remember speaking to a lady called Jackie who was a member of the the room replenishment team, she was ever so polite and helpful.

The team at Lucie’s restaurant is led by the amazing Lisa who was ‘second to none’ in her welcoming and professionalism. Mikah and Kelly were also very professional as a part for the ‘front’ of house’ team. 
The food at Lucie’s restaurant is delicious made even more special by Lisa and the team who’s service was consistently impeccable.I am trying to find a fault with the Colonnade and Lucie’s, but I cannot name one. One observation is that you can tell that the Colonnade and Lucie’s are ‘family-owned’ as the above named persons act like partners to the business and as such are internally invested in ensuring that my Wife and I had great stay and that we enjoyed our meals.We were not disappointed and I can highly recommend the Colonnade and its sister restaurant Lucie to all.
You will not be disappointed.
