    The place is superb, great location, staff are brilliant (I think her name was Jocelyn at breakfast who was lovely) and for the price great value.Definitely be back

    From the record players in the room to the two most amazing breakfast attendants, Joselin Alvarado and Marian Alas will help accommodate in making me a vegan breakfast. I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel. There is a pool area with ample seating. Breakfast outdoors with ample seating. Free cold brew on top and water. Without a doubt, I would stay at this hotel over and over.

    This is my new 'go to' in Boston when traveling overnight. The location is perfect for any event taking place at Fenway Park. Plenty of food, fun and live music within walking distance. Just walking down the halls, Im taken back to my younger days via various pieces of Rock and Roll memorabilia on the walls...its basically a Rock Boutique hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, loaded with memorabilia, including a functioning record player and a huge selection of vinyl to choose from in the lobby. The staff is awesome, too! Mckenzie (manager) and Carley (supervisor) were extremely friendly, and they met each one of my quirky requests with a smile and made sure I got the answers I needed. They have parking too, which is not common for that built up location. Both times, I've had the fortune of dealing with Keya the valet, and she has to be the nicest, most efficient valet that I've dealt with. Overall, its an absolute must stay!

    The Verb Hotel was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The customer service was above and beyond for sure. The people were all so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Very new. We were there due to a family member was having surgery the next day at Brigham's and Women's. The Verb made our stay so nice and easy which really helped ease our minds and worries. We absolutely, definitely will stay there again. And next time will be more of a pleasure trip as it is so close to restaurants, bars and Fenway! John Beebe-Center, General Manager at The Verb Hotel, responded to this review Cindy! Visiting us during such a difficult and personal time means a lot, and we are so glad the team was able to make things a little easier! That is exactly what we are here for.
