    Very noisy, Do Not Stay

    I requested a quiet room, and was assigned a room was on the first floor. Every 10 seconds or so there was a low but audible jackhammering sound (something in the HVAC system?) and rumbling in the hours that the T was running. I blasted white noise but it could not mask the sounds. I had a horrible night’s sleep. DO NOT stay here.

    I recently stayed at Hotel Veritas and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed without feeling overdone. It’s in a great location, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and explore the area.What really made the stay stand out, though, was the service. From the beginning, Chris was incredibly helpful and welcoming.Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Hotel Veritas to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay. The combination of location, atmosphere, and exceptional service—especially thanks to Chris—made it a memorable visit.

    Great cozy boutique hotel!

    This boutique hotel is a gem near Harvard Square. Affordable and with a great location (only a few minutes' walk from the only Starbucks in the area and to a neighborhood market), this is going to be a new regular for me. The room was spotlessly clean, and the service was outstanding. They have valet parking in their garage, which is a real plus. The T runs near the hotel, but it didn't disturb a good night's sleep in the comfy bed. The rooms are cozy yet comfortable, with everything you need, and the lobby features a welcoming fireplace and places to sit and chat.Looking forward to visiting again soon!

    Wonderful boutique hotel & lovely staff

    Hotel Veritas is a newly renovated boutique hotel and close walking distance to Harvard Square and the houses of Harvard. The room we stayed in for five nights was a premium king and had a very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice towels and toiletries. The contemporary decor is minimalistic but attractive. Not especially roomy, but enough space for everything you would need. Complimentary espresso, tea, and water in the lobby is a welcome touch after long days of travel. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Thanks to Ryan, Ray and Barbara for your warm hospitality and for ensuring our stay was amazing. On the last morning it was pouring rain. Ryan saw I didn’t have an umbrella and he kindly held one over me as I rushed into my Lyft ride to the airport. Such a gentleman. Exemplary service and kindness at Hotel Veritas!

    This is a classily restrained, boutique-style hotel which is ideal for people visiting Harvard University or the Harvard Square area. The location is ideal. They don't do food but considering the location, they don't need to; there are so many eating options nearby. On top of that, the concierge/reception staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.
