    Claustrophobic like a coffin

    The location is great but the room is SO uncomfortable and claustrophobic. We didn’t sleep well - we had a triple room and the bunk bed is so close to the ceiling you feel like you’re in a coffin. This is a pocket hotel, and the compactness of rooms is not called out anywhere explicitly on their website. There’s no closet space at all and all that separates the bathroom from the room is a curtain.

    Moldy carpet, broken bed

    Immediately upon walking into the room we were hit with a damp musty smell. The bathroom and bedroom are separated by a curtain and carpet runs almost right up to the shower. The shower leaks onto the carpet so we suspected the smell is due to mold under the carpet. The bed itself had multiple lumps due to broken springs and sagged heavily in the middle like a hammock. I would not recommend staying here and would look for other options if you’d like to stay in the same area.     Amazing Staff and Great Location!

    Amazing staff.. top tier. My 10yr old daughter thought she lost her Boston Aquarium keychain and staff was nice and accommodating ( front desk young lady 10!).Location is excellent. Free bus transportation from the airport (SL1) 1 min walk to hotel. Just go left when you exit the bus station. Great stay .     Rooms are small. Lighting is poor in ‘living space “. No table or desk. No chair(s). No drawers and minimal space to hang clothing. No hotel directory showing where anything is. No complimentary coffee. $5 plus service fees seems ridiculous. No fridge or microwave. Would have been nice to have for leftovers.
