THE ROADS ARE TERRIBLE AND THE SUITES OF FALL CREEK WILL NOT FIX ! Watch your vehicle !!

    rating30 May 2026

The Suites of Fall Creek were notified of all 7 of their massive holes in the road causing car damage. The Suites of Fall Creek thru the blame onto the City. The city was contacted and the Taney Co map was pulled showing that The Suites of Fall Creek does indeed own the EXTREMELY unsafe road WITHIN their own resort. Ambulances have hit those 3 foot by 12 inch deepHoles along with every car that travels down to the Marina. Hilton has bought the property but, has yet to “brand” it. The rooms are cheap at the Suites of Fall Creek but , they only upkeep the front near where you check in. Take a look at the slum frontage to the road of 165 when you pull in, ripped up signs , huge piece of plyboard laying on the ground, hasn’t been mowed all season , old cooker sitting out rusting. The outdoor pool isn’t even working this year. But, what out for severe possible damage to your car if you head down towards the Marina.

Aging and tired, but not far from excellence

    rating02 Apr 2026

The Suites at Fall Creek is an aging and tired property, but well-positioned and not far from improvements that could make it a great stay. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit, while another member of our party was in a studio. The location of the property is nice, being outside of the busy area of town and right on the highway out of town, while still being pretty accessible to most of the activities. It's just down the street from the Runaway Mountain Coaster, in fact. The main thing that sticks out to you inside the units, other than the mildly dated decor, is that the units are just absolutely full of things that are just a bit broken. Whether it's blinds that have broken slats or aren't connected at the bottom and whip around, or broken jacuzzi jets (our unit had 2 and both were broken), or peeling paint, or broken closet doors, or even missing closet doors....our unit had all of those and more. Seemed like everywhere you look you could see something that was heavily worn or slightly broken. Nothing that actually caused problems with the stay. The closest would be broken jacuzzi jets, or the dishwasher that was incapable of drying dishes, but in general the stay was perfectly fine. We also had some kind of smoke detector issue that went off almost anytime we cooked anything in the kitchen, even without odor or visible smoke. We took it down and placed it on the other side of the room. The grounds are nice, and in reasonably good shape. There is sufficient parking right in front of the units. The front desk is nice, and is connected to a well-stocked game room and nicer-than-expected indoor pool. Outdoors you can find a playground, mini golf, sand volleyball, and more. We didn't make use of much of that, but it all looked nice and in working shape. The property is also a short drive (or very long walk) from a small marina with a fishing pier. It's free to use for guests of the Suites, just tell them you're staying there. We use the kitchen pretty extensively on our trips. It was reasonably well stocked with the tools you need to cook. Despite them telling us on the phone that we would have a Keurig, it was actually a drip pot. But they did provide the self-contained packets of grounds. Small kitchen, but gets the job done. I usually travel with my own skillet and knife, and was glad we did, but otherwise we had what we needed. The shower/jacuzzi combos are a bit awkward, but they work. Bathroom could seriously use more towel rods. Hot water heater is small for a 2-bath unit, but it was adequate and we only ran out of hot water once. Bed was pretty firm, and pillows floppy and flat, but otherwise the bedroom was decent. No bedside table, you're using an alcove above your head that has an outlet in it. Blinds with no curtains let in quite a lot of light, don't expect to be sleeping in darkness until mid-morning.The hotel's text-the-staff service deserves a mention, they were quick and responsive though they didn't attempt any maintenance work during our stay. Overall we found the staff that we interacted with friendly and capable, though there was a small issue with another guest we saw who was wheelchair-bound and had been placed in a room on an upper floor. Someone from our party literally helped carry them down the stairs in a wheelchair (there are no elevators on property).Overall I think this property could move from 3-star to 5-star without an enormous amount of work. I think a small team of people moving through every unit with a clipboard, taking notes and making a checklist, could help to really elevate the place. Great Location and Staff

The location and staff were great! The rooms and furniture is outdated. They could really use an update. The adventures were fun. Our son loved the mini golf course and the indoor pool. Clean, Spacious Room However it is the noisiest place I have ever stayed

    rating08 Mar 2026

I took a solo trip for two nights as a relaxing little getaway and it was anything but relaxing. I got a standard studio room that was on the bottom floor. The room was nice. It had all of the things that are needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and spacious. When I arrived it was 8pm on a Saturday. The room had another room connected to it and the only thing between my bed and the tv and occupants & me was 10 feet and a flimsy hollow door. I could literally hear every single word they said and the tv was like it was in my room. So privacy is not an option at all. So comes the next morning and this family and kid is up at 7am and I might as well been laying in their bed as they packed up and got ready until they left at 9am. 15 minutes after they left a cleaning crew of 3 or 4 people came in and it sounded like they were tearing the walls down. They were the loudest house keepers I have ever heard. They had to of been so loud on purpose with doors slamming and banging dishes around and yelling back and forth to each other. This proceeded until noon. How can it take 3 house cleaners 3 hours to clean a small room? They finally finished and then the unit above me started in. Yet more hours of banging and stomping around. No chance for any relaxing or privacy. Maybe another unit would be better but I doubt it. Just don’t get a room with an attached room because you might as well open the door up and introduce yourself to the occupants because you will know each other very well by the time you leave. PFC-Bailee_M, at The Suites at Fall Creek, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the room clean and spacious; however, we’re truly sorry that noise impacted your ability to relax during your stay. We understand how important peace and privacy are, especially for a getaway, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your comments have been shared with our team as we work to improve sound considerations and housekeeping coordination. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide a more comfortable experience in the future.

    Don’t Go

    rating29 Jan 2026

Do not go here. You have to go thru a reservation desk. You can not understand them. It say you can cell with a full refund and then they keep your money. I have tried contacting the manager who never returns your call. Always out sick. PFC-Bailee_M, at The Suites at Fall Creek, responded to this review We’re very sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. This is not the experience we want any guest to have. Reservation and cancellation concerns are taken seriously, and we regret if communication fell short. We encourage you to contact our management team directly so we can review your reservation details and work toward a resolution. Guest satisfaction is important to us, and we value the opportunity to address concerns when they arise.
