Not the best experience

The location was good but everything else just fair. Our group was 3 couples. We all had our own rooms and we all walked in and back out at the same time due to the odd odor. Not sure if it is the cleaner they use to mask the odors of animals or what. Also, for the price it should be a lot nicer. Needs updates and repairs. Guess since it is the only place around to stay they don’t have to care. Wouldn’t stay again. Not a picky person and not angry. It just is what it is. I do want to clarify that we do not allow pets in our guest rooms, so the odor you experienced would not have been from animals staying in the rooms. Nevertheless, an unpleasant odor is not what we want guests to encounter, and since multiple rooms were affected, we will be reviewing this with our housekeeping team.I also appreciate your comments regarding updates, repairs, and value. I do want to assure you that we care very much about the experience our guests have. Great location and very good value for money

The location of the hotel is unbeatable—only a few minutes away from Bryce Canyon National Park. The shuttle stops in front of the hotel.Our room was spacious and clean. The pillows were too thick for me. Microwave, fridge, and coffee machine included. A/C was a bit loud but otherwise, it was a great room on the highest (4th) floor. WiFi was sometimes spotty.Breakfast is good compared to similar hotels—at least oatmeal, fruit, and soy/almond milks were available, as well as some savory options.Highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with fresh food and many choices. Perfect place to stay in Bryce! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and the pool was refreshing! Don't forget about breakfast as the buffet was a highlight, they have so many options and I must mention the wonderful breakfast staff. Don't stay anywhere else! Nice hotel by side of Ruby’s inn at Bryce,large room,comfortable beds.hot tub and good sized pool.Ate at ruby’s diner,was pleasantly surprised by the food.Accommodation is definitely better than the block rooms.
