I mean this from the bottom of my heart.. I've been around our beautiful country many times and stayed in every five star hotel you can think of, this ranks with the best of them. The introduction starts at the front desk and Miss Jackie T was the best front desk agent I have ever encountered.. genuine good vibrations She was friendly welcoming and informative she made me feel like it was good to see me again. My room is clean warm and very comfortable. By the way I'm one of the many people who got stranded in Buffalo for 2 days because of the storm. I don't mind, I'm just gonna Sleep Inn😉🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We have been coming here for the last 5 years and this is the only place we stay when in the area. Breakfast is a huge plus, hot tub and pool are relaxing, and the staff is great! We have a favorite employee ...Lorne...he is the most accommodating, pleasant, attentive employee of a hotel that we have ever dealt with. Even when he is busy checking people in he he always acknowledges people coming in and out. Lorne is a special employee and we look forward to seeing him...and he knows me by name! He is a valuable employee to this property!

The attendant; chiara and her fiancé Amanda were absolutely amazing! They made our stay 1000 times better. We stayed an extra night and both of them made sure our needs were met and that we were well taken care of. I’ve never met friendlier ladies while staying at a hotel. I’m from Massachusetts but if I ever stay in New York again, I’ll seek this hotel because of how awesome those girls are!

Chiara & Amanda are absolutely amazing. Incredibly guest service oriented and just all around friendly and willing to answer our out of state visitor questions. Definitely will try to come back even if just for the pleasure of seeing them again. The painted pumpkin contest is such a gun creative seasonal thing that I love that they did.
