    March group trip!

    rating29 Mar 2026

We booked at the Hampton Inn and Suites for my cousins bachelorette party and we had an amazing time. We organized a room block with Jimena, who was always quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and was super helpful! We arrived to the brides room decorated, and the sweetest note! Everyone had a great time, the rooms were large and clean, and the breakfast was delicious! We will be back for our next stay! General Manager, Marketing at Hampton Inn & Suites Napa, responded to this review Dear nicolenH5129NJ,I am glad that you had a five-star experience at our hotel and that Jimena made such a lasting impression during your visit. I will pass your comments along to the entire staff to remind them that every one of us has the chance to help make someone's day brighter. Thank you for staying with us.Best,Aprill TaylorGeneral Manager

    Wine Train Experience- Tea Party

This location is close to everything. The room was nice and clean. The value for the two nights was reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. General Manager, Marketing at Hampton Inn & Suites Napa, responded to this review Dear Seaside12554625777,As a hotelier, one of the most rewarding things to hear is when a guest is happy with their stay and would return for another visit. Morning waffles for the kiddos is top notch

    rating12 Jan 2026

Spot on staff and family friendly environment. Their gym had dumbbells and a cable machine. The restaurants that were in walking distance and the bay trail that we could ride bike with the kids was a plus. It’s right next to a train line if the kids love staring at them. The only con were the roof cleaners that blasted the tops off onto the round lounge seats at the pool. I imagine that gets dirty, but we gave space and enjoyed our time. General Manager, Marketing at Hampton Inn & Suites Napa, responded to this review Dear 226sixn,While it wasn't without some flaws, I am glad to hear that your stay was pleasant. Thank you so much for taking the time to share these kind words with other potential travelers and us. We hope you will consider a return trip for a flawless experience next time.Best,Aprill TaylorGeneral Manager
