A Hidden Gem in Napa
29 Dec 2025
This hotel is a hidden gem. We stayed for a few nights, a few weeks ago, doing preparation for Neck Surgery. We enjoyed our few nights so much that we returned when time for surgery. (We stayed six nights after surgery) The location made it perfect for Queen of the Valley hospital, just 10 minutes away. The rooms are spotless. The cleaning staff do their job very well and should be commended. The area seems very safe. I felt comfortable leaving my wife alone the night I stayed in the hospital. The front office staff are very nice, very attentive. Everyone here doesn't seem to be going through the motions but genuinely like their jobs, are always pleasant and happy to see you.The daily breakfast was phenomenal. The scrambled eggs are among the best I've ever had. The sausage? I have to find out the type because it's "that good"The maintenance guy, that whistles every time he walked by the room, made us smile every time.We will be back whenever we may end up in Napa again!

Computer woes

Overall stay was good. Computer billing system has some issues. Instead of issuing credit it bills a second time. Staff blamed the error on the computer.

Thank you Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham!

Friendly staff, efficient check-in/out, clean comfortable room! I was traveling by myself and felt very safe here, which is key as a woman on her own. The location was a quick, easy drive from fun spots like Oxbow Market and downtown Napa. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Breakfast was included too!! Free parking. Hotel is 3 floors with an elevator for easy access. Conveniently located within a few miles of attractions and shopping. I would recommend staying at this hotel.
