  Had a nice stay at the Hilton Garden Inn after arriving late at night at the Santa Rosa airport. We did have a minor issue with our Diamond food credit, however, the next morning Lisa helped us out and resolved the issue. Emily was helpful answering pre-arrival questions. Well located hotel for our needs that evening.

  Front desk staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and exceeded expectations.The hotel and surrounding grounds were kept up beautifully, as was the room.The bathroom had some chips in it.Transport services to and from the airport could not have been better.We stayed the here twice.

  Had a very enjoyable stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great & the location was perfect between Santa Rosa and wine country.

  The hotel is nicely laid out, the staff was very friendly and the chicken wings were delicious. Special shout-out to Natasha, who could not have been more delightful.

  After staying at several Hilton Garden Hotels, I think this location is one of the better. Lobby and amenities seem to be somewhat standard for the Hilton Garden and Hampton. Rooms are not updated recently as, for instance, the Hilton Garden Inn Napa. Beds are definitely at the borderline for replacement. Bit worried about "Airport" that it might be noisy but the opposite proved true. Very quiet location, plenty of parking, indoor swimming pool, conveniently located near highway 101 and adjacent to park with pond. We noticed some minor maintanence items needed in 2 of the rooms we stayed at. One room we opted not to take as the balcony area and room were too dated and screen door was off tracks. Meals are offered in lobby area, discount for happy hour, as well as grab-and-go items. Food was good, not great. Shuttle bus to airport.
