  I had a great experience staying at the hotel. Rajiv at front desk was exceptional with his hospitality and professionalism. Check in process was smooth, breakfast was good and the security is quite satisfactory.   Calling this a Best Western "Plus" or an "Executive" property is a joke. It's a very well-worn property that is badly in need of an upgrade and I'm a little surprised that Best Western continues to allow it to use their name. The rooms are dated and dingy, the mattresses in our room were worn out and lumpy and the bathroom had black mold around the tub. The sheets and towels were at least a year past their "best by" date and were threadbare.It looks like a family operation, which is nice, but the family needs to hire professional housekeepers. The place looked to be pretty full, which indicates to me that they have the revenue stream to be able to run the place professionally. The breakfast offerings were equally dismal - coffee machine was broken and the usual warmed up link sausages, scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy didn't look appealing at all and were presented with the same "we meet the minimum standard" approach that seems to be the operational philosophy of the property. It's pretty dismal. I see no reason to go back, ever.   Best western hotel at Manteca is in a good location near Interstate. It is near local supermarkets and restaurants. The staff is nice and accommodating. Breakfast is complimentary and good. There is a Small Fitness Center, Internet works.

  Staff, amenities, and Services were outstanding!! The variety of menu options were above and beyond expectations!! Front Desk staff were extremely courteous throughout my stay!!
