This location has two buildings; A & B. Building A is the main building for check-in/out, free breakfast eating area, marketplace store, atm, etc...and inside rooms. This review is about Building B. Rooms are accessed from the outside, but has an elevator. This is a pet friendly hotel so you may see a lot of dogs. Despite that, there was no barking at night. I slept late so I missed breakfast. My friend was able to go, and advises to go before 8:30 a.m. By 8:45 a.m. there was only a couple of items left and not much of that.The King room was clean and had a fresh smell, large TV, a large bathroom, plenty of towels, toiletries but a small closet, which may not matter depending on how many people are in the party. However, the dresser drawers are spacious if you want to put away your clothes. There's a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Never used the microwave, but the fridge kept beverages very cold.Pros: The price is exceptional, especially if you book early, given its proximity to downtown Charleston, the beach and local restaurants and shopping. There's plenty of parking, but like most hotels, if you go out in the evening, you may have to park further away from the building when you return. During the day the area is busy with the sound of boats being raised and lowered in the water, but at night it's quiet. Very comfortable bed. Sleep Well!Cons: The carpet was wet so keep your flip flops handy. The bathroom floor was slippery and so was the inside of the tub; put a towel in the tub to stand on. The AC was working initially, but it was immediately addressed. There were a couple of minor problems, which were reported to the front desk upon check out; one of the lamps needed a new bulb and there was a leak beside the tub after showering, which was not due to the curtain not being pulled closed tightly.Overall, I would stay here again. It's a great location without the high expense. I'd rather spend my money eating out or shopping than on my room especially when it's a quick trip.

Great place at a reasonable price and only a $10 trip to King St. good breakfast reasonable rooms and well worth your stay

BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES. This inn charges $11.00/day for parking. The fee is hidden under the hotel amenities. You will not see it unless you click on the amenities link. The fee is not listed anywhere at all in the Wyndham app. It only appears in the web version. I travel extensively for my job so I stay in hotels a lot. I have never once been charged a parking fee (even in NYC). I wasn't even informed of the fee when I checked in. I only learned of the fee when I checked out.I gave the hotel 4 stars because it is very clean and is in very good condition. The lobby and lounge/breakfast area is roomy with nice comfortable furniture. The breakfast area was clean and well managed.
