    Clean, positive and smooth stay

    rating26 Apr 2026

The entire experience while staying at the Charlotte Hilton Uptown was great! From check in to check out I experienced positive customer service and support. Armaan went above and beyond to support our valley experience while staying at the facility and made sure that myself as well as coworkers did not wait very long to get our vehicle to start a work day. Thank you for providing such great service!

Had a nice business trip here. Leslie was very helpful at the front desk. Armaan and Jonah were very helpful and courteous at the valet making sure I hit the road comfortable. Also hit the attached YMCA for a morning workout which was fantastic. I’ll be staying here again next Charlotte trip.
