    The smell of a 1000 wet dogs.

    Surely these reviews are of a different hotel. Even the pictures do not match the exterior of this hotel (google it as a reference). This place is dank and our room smells as if dozens of wet dogs danced on every square inch. The bathroom toilet was not cleaned and the manager simply gave us a deodorizer to offset the smell. We could barely sleep. Yelp has this place as permanently closed. I wonder why.

    Recently checked in here for one night. Hotel is located near downtown area. Room was spacious, comfy and well decorated. Staff members were friendly. Free small breakfast up for grabs. Nice big pool as well with plenty of space to accommodate a lot of people.

    We left a charger in the room.. checked out and realized we forgot it..went back and the person at the desk didn't have it ...so 1 for housekeeping (according to the desk person) 0 for us unfortunately. The gentleman could have looked in the room but said it had already been cleaned and someone checked in..hmmmm it was not even 11:00 am

    Bhavik Patel, general manager and the desk clerk (did not catch his name) were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and towels refreshed each day of our three day stay. When our in room refrigertor did not work, it was replaced in a timely manner.The breakfast was quite good with variety on different days.We will recommend the hotel to friends who visit Woodstock, Ilinois.     Good location for surrounding museums

    Hotel set behind 3 Brothers restaurant. Lobby small but clean. Service adequate. Room good size. Beds firm. Bathroom could use lighting update and ventilation not working. Included breakfast -juices coffee cereals fruit breads scrambled eggs sausage seasoned potatoes and a self making pancake machine. Bar area is just a refrigerator where they sell you beer and a few liquors. Pool area was clean. My granddaughter had a lot of fun in it. Was very centrally located for our needs. Was a great weekend for us.
