  Terrible hotel! Would not stay here. I can’t believe this is a Wyndham hotel! The weight room had sweat all over it and it was dried and it was on the floor. The bathroom shower had brown stains and gashes. The carpet was old and moldy like. The breakfast just had bread products and eggs.

  Was the worst hotel I ever been to very dirty room very old and dirty walking to the room smell terrible. Everything is old there need to be updated

  Awful customer service. At front desk, when checking in, they told us we had to give them the full amount plus a deposit in CASH. No apology for the in convenience. The other option they offered is that we could cancel our registration. At 9pm, that wasn’t a practical solution. And then, after all that, the room smelled terrible (musty.) No follow up from management regarding the cash only policy. Stay someplace else.

  When we got there, we were told that we had to pay cash for the room and a $100 deposit because the credit card machine was down. This even though the room was reserved by credit card. Pretty sure we were the only one using and paying the fee for the ATM in the lobby. On top of that hotel smelled bad and was sticky from the humidity. Overall, horrible experience and I will never stay at a Baymont again. Please know we were doing everything we could behind the scenes to get the system back up and running as quickly as possible.We also apologize for the condition of the facility during your visit. Humidity can be a challenge during certain times of year, but your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can make sure the environment is as fresh and comfortable as possible.We're truly sorry your experience did not reflect the standards we aim to uphold.   I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was outstanding—professional, friendly, and consistently provided courteous customer service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering a relaxing environment throughout my stay.The location is ideal, with easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. It's convenient for both business and leisure travelers.
