The hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 111 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     Who books to park and fly and not expect a shuttle??

    We booked this online to park and fly only in November for a January trip expecting to use the free shuttle service and it also asked for the number of riders when I booked it. The young man checked us in and gave us a card with info on how to notify the shuttle on our return. SHIFT CHANGE... After waiting for the shuttle to arrive we were told we were supposed to reserve the shuttle when we got there and that it was full with people that booked it LAST NIGHT.... Don't think letting them know when we got there that it would have made a difference... Ended up taking a taxi that cost an additional $31 plus tip. Called to speak to the manager after our trip to see if they would give us a refund for the taxi and she was very rude and actually a total b...h! Obviously this place doesn't care about return customers. This was our 2nd time using them but will definitely be our last. Hope she enjoys my review...

    Great shuttle service from and to O'Hare. Check in was a breeze. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, fresh bagels, biscuits and gravy, juice, waffles, and powdered donuts.

    Not a good option for the airport shuttle service

    The airport shuttle service not dependable. First ride to airport 7 a.m. and driver was 20 minutes late Nobody could find the driver. Pick up time from airport up to an hour. Ours was 45 minutes. Ended up spending 30 bucks on an Uber, defeating the purpose of the "convinience" of the park nd fly package. The hotel and staff was good though.

    Could have been 4/5 but due to the overly long and unnecessary wait for the shuttle at the airport I could not say the experience was 'very good'. However the hotel itsself was fine, clean and all you need for an overnight. Checkin quick and free breakfast above average

    I don't usually write reviews because I expect a lot as standard .I felt the service was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had an accessible room .Beds were comfortable.My only displeasure was that the accessible rooms like in most hotels only have 1 bed and had a tub and shower combo rather than a walk in shower .it had a shower chair and hand held shower head.
