    We came for a wedding

    My family stayed here for a wedding and we had multiple rooms reserved. Our wonderful stay started with Tucker at the front desk who handled our check-ins including a late Friday night arrival. Tucker was extremely polite and pleasant and we were in our rooms quickly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were great with a wide variety of hot and tasty foods. Diane was the breakfast hostess and she not only made sure there was always plenty of food, but also that everything was clean and neat. Then she found the time to come and visit with us at our table to make sure we had everything we wanted and to make us feel like family. If we have the need again, the Best Western Oswego, IL will definately be our hotel choice. Tucker and Diane made it a very pleasant experience.

    Had a great experience. The front desk worker Benjamin was amazing. You can tell he really cares about the job. And cares about the people who stay in the hotel.

    Great convenient. 15 minutes from Fox Valley indoor mall. 20 minutes from Premium Outlet (outdoor) mall. Nice restaurants, some within walking distance. Staff is friendly and they go above and beyond for guests. Hotel is clean throughout. Soft fluffy towels in the bathrooms and workout room.

    Great hotel. Family friendly. Good rates. Nice location. Nice staff. Close to lots of restaurants. 20 minutes from Chicago Premium Outlet Mall.     Older hotel Needs Room maintenance done.

    Ok, this is obviously an older property and they have done at least some cosmetic refurbishing. Like paint, carpet, wallpaper, etc. I will start off and say our room was clean and the bed pretty comfortable. When we arrived the woman at the front desk greeted us and told us Diamond members she had already gone ahead and upgraded our room. We appreciate being recognized for our Diamond status, but when we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the closet door didn't open right. We'll obviously the bottom of it is not connect to the bracket. We also noticed right away that the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way as it drags.on the floor. Also there is a big crack across the back of the vanity top and the toilet bolts are loose so the toilet wobbles a little. There is no excuse for these maintenance issues. A room simply shouldn't be allowed to be given to guests until everything in it is in proper working order. We were only here for one night so we really only used the room for sleeping. Also, breakfast was not on par with other Best Western properties. The omlets were over cooked, they had sausage links but no bacon. It was minimal as complimentary breakfasts go. I really hate giving less than good reviews of hotels. But this is one time I simply have to.
