    Conveniently located if You just want to relax / sleep prior continuing Your trip.Complimentary airport shuttle, friendly staff, good breakfast. Some restaurant plus a food court within 10 minutes walking time

    No grab and go for airport travelers. Shirley only starts at 5:30 am. Convenient to the airport. Rooms fine. Beds good but pillows too hard and bulgie.

    Noisy, dirty sheets and bad airport shuttle schedule

    We booked this hotel because of it's proximity to Chicago O'Hare airport and the free airport shuttle service. We were arriving in the late afternoon from Europe and had a red eye flight out of O'Hare the following morning.It therefore came as a complete surprise - as we checked in - that the airport shuttle service didn't start until 5:30 AM despite flights starting to depart from O'Hare at 6:00 AM. We asked it if was possible to make it depart earlier and were promised to get a call back if the driver was able and willing to take us earlier. However, we never heard back from the reception regarding this.The swimming pool - one of the nice features of the hotel - was closed for renovation.The room was OK looking, but the noise level from the traffic outside was horrendous. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the sheet was not at it's best either (see photos) and the overall comfort of the bed was less than satisfactory. A big lump was sticking up through the mattress on the lower left hand side.We would definitely not stay here again. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations.We regret the misunderstanding regarding our airport shuttle schedule. Our complimentary shuttle operates daily from 5:30 AM to 11:00 PM, and we understand how disappointing it must have been to learn that the service did not fit your early departure needs. We are also sorry that you did not receive a follow-up from our front desk team regarding your request.Our pool is currently closed due to ongoing renovations as we work to improve our property for future guests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.We are especially concerned by your comments regarding the condition of the bed and linens. Cleanliness and guest comfort are priorities for us, and your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review and improvement.Regarding the outside traffic noise, unfortunately this is something beyond our control due to our location near the airport and major roadways, but we understand how it can affect the overall guest experience.We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.     Shuttle Is Not 24 Hours!!

    LIES LIES LIES. You can do either 2 things, update your lying policy on a 24 hour shuttle (ITS NOT, ENDS AT 10:45PM and starts at 5:30AM) AND take your name off the “voucher list” for flights that get in because you already have really aggravated customers that are now rerouted and are needing to stay at your hotel after a tough day of crap travel, (which you won’t do, get too much money from it). Yeah I’m frustrated and I wouldn’t have left this review because offering a shuttle service is great, but the fact that you lie about it on your Google led me here.
