Facility

162 non-smoking rooms are located on 12 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     The staff a as amazing especially short. She was a helpful guide showing us where to go and what things to do.The rooms were amazing I had a room spacious, the one bed was enough room for the two of us. We were nervous it was going to be small. The room was clean and fresh the value was worth the stay

    The room was perfect! Location was great and the concierge, Mimi, was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on what attractions we wanted to see!

    My wife and I just stayed at Hotel Blake for the third time. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can't name them all, but bellman Showtime, concierge Mimi, and deskmen Al and Mario were professional and helped make our stay better. We love the walkable neighborhood in the South Loop in what used to be Printers Row. Near the fabulous Sandmeyer's Bookstore, restaurants and convenient for travel around the city.

    Mario front desk was super attentive and went above and beyond to take us outside of the hotel and point some directions for us. Mimi at Concierge was super fun and friendly with her welcome packet.
