    STAY AWAY !!!! We booked here because the pictures of the hotel looked cleaned . Well the day of checking out I found bed bugs in the bed I was sleeping in and I got bit . I talked to the guy at the front desk showed him the bed bug and I asked for a partial refund and he said they could not issue me a refund he was very rude about it . I called the 800 number and also they didn’t help me in anything the offered me a 70 dollar gift card 🤣🤣🤣 they could shove that where the sun don’t shine !!! STAY AWAY !!! Don’t book here .

    I was somewhat apprehensive about staying at this location due to a few iffy reviews but I'm glad we gave it a try. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. One area that needs improvement is the breakfast. It had make-your-own waffles but I think that was the only hot option. It would have been nice to have at least fresh fruit or boiled eggs or something.

    Mystery bug bites/AKA Bedbugs

    I’ve stayed here multiple times and always for some reason end up with bites on my arms and/or legs. I’ve told them before and they usually always act like they’ve never heard of any complaints. I know they always seem pretty busy but it’s because it’s the cheapest hotel in that particular area. I’m pretty sure the hotel could use a good stripping of the rooms and an exterminator.

    Good room size, clean, decent TV selection and closely located to several dining and shopping locations. I’ve stayed here for one night only, so I don’t have much to say about it. I guess it’s useful to inform the location is not noisy and I had a comfortable night of sleep.

    For a Quality Inn, I found the room rates here to be excessive. The staff was very nice, and my room was very nicely appointed. I am not sure I would stay here again due to the price of a room. In fact, I know I wouldn't.
