    James and Howard are both nice welcoming door men. James gave us a lot of recommendations of the best local restaurants & to visit the water walk area. The room was clean & the beds slept well. Shower got hot quickly and had good pressure. I chose this hotel because of its location by the Broadway theater and we will see Kinky Boots tomorrow. Location is close to everything!

    This hotel was 10/10. Excellent location to our event and not to far from other attractions. Parking was a breeze and check in was very easy. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again!

    It is a non-smoking hotel but your room will likely have the smell/presence of cigarette smoke that seems to come through the vents. The response from staff was basically ‘there’s nothing we can do, get over it’. That is probably true, so just keep that in mind if you are sensitive to smoking. Trash tends to pile up in certain main areas which suggests a lack of overall cleanliness.

    The hotel definitely needs a refresh. Front desk staff didn't seem interested in helping people. They have a Keurig in the room and should provide bottled water for the machine.Staff working the security area were personable. I worked from the room, and the cleaning staff came in on their phone the whole time working.Good location and comfy bed.

    The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The lobby is on the second floor and it’s very basic. This is a no frills hotel.
