  Im honestly not sure why this hotel has 4+ stars on reviews and i’m usually not compelled to leave reviews but it was nowhere near this quality. The employees barely had any customer service or friendly manners. No thank yous or pleasant goodbyes. Not very welcoming either. The bedroom photos did not look at all what we were provided in the rooms. The breakfast photos were also a bit of a catfish. We came an hour after breakfast started an everything was already out/ almost out and while I understand first come first serve there were still two hours of breakfast left with np restocking. The water heater was turned off the first day so no warm water. We stayed for two nights and half a day and room service didn’t come once. No towel replacements or anything or cleaning services were provided as they would usually be expected to especially for the rating we thought we had paid for. Then again the prices were a bit low in ratio to the ratings so I thought it would be good but it could’ve been a suprise of an kind.

  Great parking location ... but that's about it.

  I chose this hotel because it is the Park-Sleep-Fly location that is closest to Midway Airport. The staff was friendly, but that's about all it has going for it. There was no soap in the room, only one tube each of shampoo and shower. When I asked for a bar of soap at the desk all the clerk could come up with was more shampoo and shower gel. (There were two empty dispensers mounted to the wall next to the vanity.)You can't access the shower controls from outside the shower, so you have to turn the water on and jump back to avoid scalding or freezing. The smoke detector was lying on a shelf instead on mounted to the wall (the mounting bracket was there, but I guess it fell off and no one could be bothered to put it back together.The room was very bright because the Venetian blinds let lots of light in ... no room darkening shades.On the plus side, the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful and is was a quick ride to and from the airport. The breakfast was OK, but nothing to rave about.In short, leave your car here, but don't try to sleep here.

  The photos online are completely misleading. We checked in and checked out almost immediately. The room looked nothing like what was shown on TripAdvisor — we were genuinely shocked by the condition. Even worse, when we inspected the bed, there were visible stains and someone else’s hair in the sheets, which made it clear they hadn’t been washed.After driving over 800 miles and arriving late at night, we were exhausted and just wanted a clean place to sleep. Instead, we had to leave and scramble to find another hotel , during Chicago Marathon weekend, no less.Save yourself the trouble , this place is absolutely not what it appears to be online.

  This is a small motor inn in a seedy neighborhood. Dirty and damaged. I do not know where the photos on this site were taken, but not at this hotel.

  Our experience with this hotel was not great. There were long black hairs all over the sheets and towels, so we told the woman at the front desk. She said she would bring us fresh sheets and towels. 30 min later she came up and said the laundry is in the dryer for 40 minutes, if we'd like to check a different room we could. So she showed us the next room but the towels and sheets had hair all over them in there as well. We asked if she had anything else but she said "yes but you can't be undoing the sheets like that in every room, I have no housekeeper right now and I need these rooms to sell." I thought that was strange because she told us to check them. We did end up moving rooms because the new room at least had soap in the bathroom, the first one did not. We never did receive clean sheets and towels. The room also smelled very strongly of smoke even though it was labeled as a non smoking room, and the doorknob on the bathroom door was falling off. Overall it was pretty dirty, hair all over the floor in the bathroom plus the hair in the towels and sheets-we were not comfortable with the cleanliness at all. The women was nice enough but she did not seem to care about our concerns. It was still over $100 a night so basic cleaning should be a given. The best part of the experience was the airport shuttle, which was quick and clean, but I would not stay here again even with the convenience of the location.
