    Every time I visit my daughter and grandson I stay here. The breakfast is exceptional and we’ve also enjoyed the pool. Highly recommended

    Top-Tier Travel Experience With Excellent Customer Service

    I enjoyed an absolutely amazing experience at Comfort Inn and Suites. The room was a beautiful, spacious suite designed for refreshing relaxation. There were two restrooms, two kitchen areas, two televisions, a full living room, a full bedroom with jacuzzi, a dressing area and a dining area. The Dynamic Dream Team who worked at the hotel made it a top-tier experience. Sean checked us in at the front desk. He was attentive, caring, informative and kind. Pam was a kind soul; she was present every day with encouraging words and kind compliments. Sunday, May 11, 2025, was our checkout day and Mother’s Day. It was a challenging day for me since I no longer have my mother. However, the kind words that Pam spoke to me made a positive difference in my life. If you ever need a boost in life or a reset for your journey, this is the hotel to visit. When it was time to check-out I met Gabby, she was attentive and kind as she wished us safe travels going home, with a friendly smile.

    Stayed for 3 days on a business trip. Pool / hot tub was closed, possibly for renovations. Average breakfast. Clean room and friendly service personnel. Did see ants around entry ways. Overall decent for the price, but nothing to shout home about. Gaby Atilano, General Manager at Comfort Inn & Suites Mundelein-vernon Hills, responded to this review Thanks for your review, Bobby. We've since renovated our property into a Comfort Inn & Suites, hence the pool closure. It is open for the summer, along with hot breakfast added as well. We aim to treat our guests with the best hospitality, so give us a try again, we won't disappoint!
