  My Fiancée and I both work remotely and when I tell you EVERYDAY we were working on a call they would knock at the door stating some alarm was going off. An alarm that only they heard because nothing went off in the rooms Tuesday 10/14/2025 I called the front desk and spoke to the GM who said he would us. Did he? No never even heard back from the guy but this morning another guy knocks on the door while my Fiancée is handling a call, and this guys says I'm here to check the alarm I'm like no we are working and he says its a safety issue and I said why hasn't our room been changed, the manager said he would, he tells me "let me go follow up on that for you" That was 2 hours ago.   HORRIBLE MUSTY SMELL!

  Great location, comfortable beds but the lobby and all hallways smell DISGUSTINGLY musty. The rooms smelled fine, but everywhere else was ICK. The breakfast was just OK, but I guess free is free. The staff was not very friendly. I would not stay at this hotel again.   SURPRISE! There’s a $100.00 deposit on every room. Even though we’re Gold in We told a deposit was required for this hotel for incidentals. (In case we smoke, break anything or whatever) it is not a written policy that you would see online when you book. This is not a corporate policy. It’s a single hotel management policy. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this hotel and never had to leave a deposit.I HOPE YOU CAN READ SPANISH. because the microwave is in Spanish. (I couldn’t read Spanish so I used the pictures) The pool is not senior friendly. You have to use only the handrails to climb into the pool.   It was completely awesome the room was clean completely comfortable I walked to gas station for drinks and I got up and eaten breakfast at 6 it was delicious and tasty watch TV until 11 am until had to Chek out.................... ...........   .My family and myself stayed in this hotel for a monthThe best part of the hotel was the nice Lady at the front desk named Kristie. She was super sweet and handled every issue in a timely manner and she was always super friendly and made my family feel very welcome.
