    Our one night stay was quite comfy. The room was large and spacious with a fridge and microwave. The bed and pillows were comfy and the shower was hot.It was in a great location for the airport and is near plenty of different shops and supermarkets.The hot tub was lovely and the pool was nice and warm, however there was clumps of hair and dirt on the floor around the pool area.Whilst the room was comfy it needs a bit of renovation. The paint was peeling in places and there were a few stains.The main downside for us was the noise from outside the room. We heard someone shouting and swearing in the hallway and throughout the night people were slamming their doors making our walls shake.For the price it was ok and provided everything we needed. There's just a few things that could be improved.

    Awesome hospitality. Friendly quick service. 1st hotel ever with a heated pool that's truly heated, super hot hot tub. Awesome breakfast selection. And very quiet for being right by airport. By lot's of entertainment and restaurants. Great location. Will definitely be back.

    The hotel is in desperate need of an update to both the building and staff. The walls are paper thin, could hear people all night long. The inside of the room was "remodeled". The remodel in my opinion was just new floor and bedspread. There was a issues in the bathroom ceiling, all of the furniture had holes in them, and the air-conditioning did not cool the whole room. I won't go into the service. Just know that it is lacking in the most basic ways possible. The shuttle was a hot mess in the morning going to the airport. Coming home I called the front desk about making a reservation to pick us up and was told i did not need one. Day of pick up i call and i need one. Make up ur mind , do i need one or not. The shuttle coming back was better. The driver was great.

    Driver left me standing at the door of the van!

    I followed the instructions for pick up at the airport. I approached the side door of the van. I was close enough to touch the van. The driver just drove off and left me there! I had to wait another hour. After a long international flight with many delays, I had been traveling a day and a half so it was frustrating to have to wait another hour. Also, as a female traveling solo, I was looking forward to returning to my car in day light as the upper parking lot at the hotel is not well lit. An hour later, it was dark. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    Great hotel, very professional and friendly.Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. I would recommend this hotel to appreciates great service ☺️
