    A Wonderful Hotel in Chicagoland

    I have stayed at this hotel on several prior occasions but this review is for our stay on Friday April 24, 2026. The location is perfect for anyone needing a hotel in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. It is very easy to find and is located in Schaumburg which is a very clean and safe community. It is only 11 or 12 miles West of Ohare International Airport. This is a commercial area with many restaurants and a large mall nearby. The Schaumburg Convention Center is only about 2 1/2 miles away. The hotel itself is very nice and is well maintained. The rooms are spacious with nice new furnishings. Housekeeping does a fantastic job and the rooms are spotless. There is a small swimming pool and a hot tub. They also have a free continental breakfast that is pretty good and Wifi internet which is also free. The front desk is manned 24 hours a day and the staff is very nice. There is also a small market if you want to buy some snacks. I have never had a problem with anything at this property and I use it exclusively when I am in the area.

    Would have been a wonderful stay, however the manager chose to cancel the reservation due to maintenance and then stated they were overbooked. Their website states they still have availability. If you do book here, be prepared for your reservation to be involuntarily cancelled.

    I had an excellent stay at this hotel and am happy to give it five stars. The service was outstanding, especially from an attendant named Lisa. She was friendly, professional, and consistently had a warm, positive tone. Lisa made the entire booking process simple, comfortable, and stress-free, which made a great first impression. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely return here again

    We use this hotel every year when in Schaumburg for an overnight shopping/relative visit trip. The room we had could use an update and we were told third floor is getting a facelift soon. But it was clean, comfy beds and the towels weren't bad. A couple nice perks including free shuttle service to Woodfield Mall and local restaurants, decent complimentary breakfast buffet and happy hour with snacks and cocktails and fresh, homemade cookies at Front Desk. Desk staff Christine and LISA are great. Our shuttle driver, Luis was friendly and prompt too! We will keep using this hotel.
