    I booked the hotel for July 8 to 10. The room was nice but sort of enough bath towels and lotion in the bath room, the bathroom door was not working to lock it, asked front desk no action. I called in August to local as well as 800 # no live person or resolved the issue regarding the refund of my deposit.
