    Fairly standard conference hotel. Location is in Rosemont, and is walking distance from some decent restaurants. Also, the soundproofing is pretty good - I didn't hear that many planes despite proximity to O'Hare.Barkeeping and food were okay. Nothing fancy, but if the weather keeps you from leaving, you'll be fine. They did a better job with the catering for our reception and banquets, which was quite decent.The best part was the elevators - fast and they all worked all weekend. (It's sad when that's the bar, but it really is).Downsides? A/C in my room was so loud I had to turn it off at night to have any hope of sleeping, which would have been bad in August.The hotel is clearly late in its renovation cycle. A few things here and there were broken and new carpet was clearly needed in a few public areas. Nothing serious, but it's definitely tired and needed a refresher.Also, my keys stopped working during my stay. This isn't normally a big deal - those systems glitch occasionally - but the front desk insisted it was because I "had them too close to my credit cards." That hasn't been a thing in years, it was both keys, and one of them hadn't been in my wallet (I keep a backup key in my work bag). I don't mind the keys failing, it happens. I mind it being put on me when that clearly wasn't the case.I did have a good stay, but I probably wouldn't choose this one if it wasn't being chosen for me.     At first I thought it was a bit outdated hotel, but it really turned out to be great stay thanks to all the services I received I believe the price was well worth it. I was able to use the airport shuttle twice, the morning breakfast was good quality and had enough choices. The front desk was helpful when I needed to print some documents. The room cleaning was well done . And location of hotel was good .     Excellent stay overall. The parking was very convenient, breakfast was excellent, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. What really made the experience stand out was the amazing staff. Marino at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made us feel truly welcomed.     Very conveniently located with free shuttle bus to and from ORD airport. Also walking distance to the fashion outlet mall.Friendly staff and management, room was ready when checking in. Clean room and functional. Comfortable bed. Wish the duvet could be a bit more thinker and warmer. Shower was great. Nice gym and indoor pool. Also restaurant provides great food and beverage choices.Overall very impressive and a lovely stay, will definitely consider this hotel if coming back to the neighbourhood.
