A little tired.
06 Jun 2026
Fairly standard conference hotel. Location is in Rosemont, and is walking distance from some decent restaurants. Also, the soundproofing is pretty good - I didn't hear that many planes despite proximity to O'Hare.Barkeeping and food were okay. Nothing fancy, but if the weather keeps you from leaving, you'll be fine. They did a better job with the catering for our reception and banquets, which was quite decent. The best part was the elevators - fast and they all worked all weekend. (It's sad when that's the bar, but it really is).Downsides? A/C in my room was so loud I had to turn it off at night to have any hope of sleeping, which would have been bad in August. The hotel is clearly late in its renovation cycle. A few things here and there were broken and new carpet was clearly needed in a few public areas. Nothing serious, but it's definitely tired and needed a refresher. Also, my keys stopped working during my stay. This isn't normally a big deal - those systems glitch occasionally - but the front desk insisted it was because I "had them too close to my credit cards." That hasn't been a thing in years, it was both keys, and one of them hadn't been in my wallet (I keep a backup key in my work bag). I don't mind the keys failing, it happens. I mind it being put on me when that clearly wasn't the case.I did have a good stay, but I probably wouldn't choose this one if it wasn't being chosen for me. Good place

At first I thought it was a bit outdated hotel, but it really turned out to be great stay thanks to all the services I received I believe the price was well worth it. I was able to use the airport shuttle twice, the morning breakfast was good quality and had enough choices. The front desk was helpful when I needed to print some documents. The room cleaning was well done . And location of hotel was good . Overall I would recommend it for convenience and service Soci Assist, Other at Crowne Plaza Chicago Ohare Hotel & Conf Ctr By IHG, responded to this review Hi Fearless10732260053,We’re delighted to hear that your stay exceeded expectations and that our services added value to your visit.
