    The hotel itself is ok. The problem I have is with their customer service. They place a hold on your account for incidentals which I get. And I do not have an issue with. The problem I have is that we stayed March 13th and the hold is on our account until APRIL 24th!!!!! I spoken with several people from their location and they say they have nothing to do with it. It has to do with their processing company. The hold comes from their services. The banks we use have nothing g to do with it and they can’t take holds off. So now even though just $50 I have to wait over 30 days because of their screw up to have access to my money.     We had a splendid stay at the Crowne, in particular we were grateful for the help and attention of Miss Dee who was so friendly and helpful! She was knowledgeable and accommodating. Our room was comfortable with great pillows a-plenty. The restaurant was amazing! We had the breakfasts of our choice and the waitress, Joyce was agreeable, friendly and prompt even with other customers coming and going. We live and work in the Philippines as missionaries and we often stay at the Crowne in Quezon City when we take our vacation. The staff and accommodations are excellent there as well.     Very clean and quiet with accommodating, helpful staff. Parking area and well lit, very safe building. Room was spacious and very comfortable with plenty of room to lounge Wish breakfast had been included, but it was available for an additional cost.     Best place to stay in the Western burbs. The staff is lovely, the restaurant is top notch and they have an indoor pool and a gym. I have had my last three class reunions at this place. Just wonderful. Insider tip, they have a couple of bigger rooms. Ask for one. Totally worth the extra 20 bucks or so.
