    Don’t Stay Here!!!!

    Terrible. Smelly destroyed rug, hotel pictures are fake, breakfast was terrible and cold, floors are disgusting no amenities. The only thing good was close to Navy base and a shuttle. Otherwise I would never ever stay there again. Had to insist on extra towels like give me a break. Please check out other hotels with shuttle service(even if you have a car). The driving line for graduation is crazy. This hotel sucks. I wish I took pictures!!! GROSS!!!

    Do not stay here may be cheap but theu like to book extra rooms under your name and steal items.accidentally left there. Beds are not comfortable at all and pillows are a joke. The floors are sticky and the furniture looks like its from the 70s.

    Pictures do not look like hotel rooms, staff was excellent, but who makes a bed and put a blanket on the bed then a sheet on top of the blanket? Pillows weren't Pillows for the bed. Pillows was for a couch. I was afraid to lay in the bed or sit.... I checked for bed begs and roaches. The hallways are dark and gloomy like the carpet. Walls are so thin I heard the next door guest taking a shower. Over our heads were children running in the hallway til like 11pm at night. Please do not stay there, even if you are going for the Navy graduation. Said discount for the room for the graduation but stay was 400 for two nights. We should have stayed at the Hilton. Lesson learned

    This Days Inn looks nothing like the photos shown on the website. The reality is far worse. Came here for my brother's Navy Bootcamp graduation, since it's close to base. When we got to our room, we were horrified to find literal dried blood on the walls and the sheets. The towels provided were all stained yellow, and the bedsheets were just as bad. We politely asked for new sheets and even gave housekeeping the space and time by leaving the room so they could change everything properly. Instead, we came back to find all the bedding folded and just left on the bed--not even put on as if we were expected to do it ourselves. On top of that, the new sheets they brought smelled as if they'd been sitting somewhere to collect dust and were still stained. They brought no pillow covers, and the sheets didn't even fit the bed.And if you're thinking of taking a shower, good luck. You'll either be freezing or burning-- there's no in between. This was honestly one of the WORST hotel experiences I've ever had. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, POOR HYGIENE, and a total lack of care for guests. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

    When I reserved my rooms at The Diversey, I requested king bedded rooms. Neil, working the front desk during check-in, watched me struggle from the outside using my walker. When he looked at my reservation, he told me he didn’t like giving me a king bedded room, because there was a step to the bathroom, and he didn’t like me having to use a step. Neil treated me like his aunt, or older sister. It took a minute, but he found me the perfect room, right down to a seat in the shower!!! And it was right around the corner from my grandson’s. Neil was fantastic !! As is the hotel itself. Immaculate, in a great location, comfortable beds - I can’t wait to go back !!
