    Flithy hotel and a rude attendant

    The hotel is filthy. They only clean rooms after two weeks. The worst thing is that the rooms even on the 1st day are filthy. Sheets are not changed,towels not changed,you have to bring them to the desk and have clean ones. The breakfast is a muffin, packet of oatmeal or tea and hot chocolate. Nothing else. Laundry is $4:50 to wash and another $4:50 TO DRY. Jis is extortion for the filthy hotel. The entrance door glass has never been cleaned. This is a health hazard. Never ever use it unless stranded. The final straw on the camel's back is,one extremely rude front desk attendant. I thought she treated me differently, but witnessed first hand her rudeness to another customer who was complaining about his dirty room. Unbelievable that such hotels stoll have any customers!     Little disappointed, but it was nice room

    The hotel was nice; our room was clean. The breakfast is a joke, it was only muffins, granola bars, coffee and hot tea. When we checked out there was no one at the front desk and when we say "hello" someone calls out and ask if we were checking out and told us to put our room cards on the desk, no one came out to talk to us or even made sure we were turning anything in. I could have left with whatever and no one would have noticed it. I would not stay here again.     Fantastic hotel

    The Burr Ridge location is amazing! Diana Juanita take great care of running this establishment. I’ve never stayed in an extended stay before and was nervous because I was helping my daughter out and staying for eight months. I felt safe. It was extremely clean and quiet. I knew if I needed anything. The front desk would immediately accommodate me. I’m at the end of my eight months and I have to say I will miss all the staff. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about the Burridge location and I feel very happy that this is the one I stayed at. I definitely give the Burridge location a 10 star.!     Dirty and disgusting

    This hotel is a huge dirty dump!! Avoid this at all costs. The breakfast was a joke.It was coffee and a multi grain bar. When they asked for a refund, they refused. My wife saw some bugs, but could not get a picture because they ran into the woodwork of the dresser. Look at the pictures.     Extended stay of America in Burr Ridge, Il worst joke of a manager I have ever met in crap.

    DIANA RINCONES is suppose to be the manager of the place and I have never been treated more like crap then I have ever been in my life, over trying to get 2 more pillows. She said absolutely not because of the other 30 or 40 EMPTY rooms that they have, she cold not give me any because she needed to make sure the other rooms needed to be set up for other guests that came in. Wtf, really?!This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. Then when I told her I wanted her name and that I wld be complaining she actually told me she did not care because she was retiring soon. Do u believe this crap. sExtended stay of America hotel in Bur Ridge is like nothing I have ever experienced in my life! So yourself a favor and go to the hotel called Crown Plaza that is right next to them.
