  The manager is a NIGHTMARE!!! She called me a fat b*tch and was so unbelievably rude. I threatened to call the cops on her. I’m in the middle of reaching out to corporate.   Been good staying here

  Been staying at ESA during looking into a new residence for my family and the staff are all very friendly and very helpful with small bothersome copies of forms and anytime I needed a rubber band or 1 "AA" battery T has come through for me! Plus I love the fact that it has a kitchen with nice size fridge and 2 electric burners along with multiple cabinets.Making the reservations online very easy to make and saves $$$ esp. if you become an ESA member. My family and I been good staying here with the fact there's no lease.   Please avoid Extended Stay Honover Park ! Terrible customer service ! Found unauthorized charge on my credit card ! They’re thieves ! I stayed 3 full weeks , the hotel only cleaned my room ONCE !   Never stay again (SMELL PROBLEM)

  The whole hotel smelled like something that shouldn’t be smoked in a hotel room. Not one floor didn’t have a smell to it. Something was not right about this place. When asked why it smelled like this the front desk acted funny. Drove 12 hours to spend time with my son and had to deal with this. Room not cleaned well. Trash cans outside was full for days. Asked for a partial refund and they said they couldn’t do it. Would never stay here again .   Worst stay ever!!!

  The WORST stay I've ever had in my life. There was an asian lady with glasses from the front desk who was racist to me and called me a "porch monkey". What a trashy place, I also saw a review about someone saying grown men were opening the door for little girls, I honestly wouldn't doubt it. This place is so sketchy and gross. When I called to get the asian ladies name, the young man hung up on me. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR RACIST EMPLOYEE, AND I HOPE SHE IS FIRED!!!!
