  Honestly overall it’s a really good place. A lot of the residents here live here full time- a lot of family’s and animals, honestly feels like an apartment complex just smaller. The management and all workers are super sweet, never have any issues with them or the family’s living here. Everyone kinda comes together at the end of the day and helps each other out! It’s a little community people didn’t know was even there, never had any issues with bugs or excessive noise eaither. If you’re looking for an extended stay to make a temporary home this would be the place for your family. Right off 59 next to the Starbucks!! Couldn’t be any better.   This was one of the worst hotels or extended-stay I ever stayed in. There were cockroaches in the room they stole my food, threw away my insulin that cost $700 per prescription. They stole my brand new winter jacket, my brand, new Carhartt jacket, and two hoodies, they charged my room an extra day when I wasn’t even there, I already had been checked out, when I spoke to the manager, they were rude not helpful at all. They said to call corporate and when I asked to speak to the manager there, they just said you’re speaking to them I would not recommend going there at all. Never change the sheets they never change towels. They never went in there and clean the room. I had to do that all myself , they were rude to my girlfriend that was out of state to check on me. I called the corporate office they hung up on me. They did not seem like they wanted to help her get to the bottom of the situation of my stolen items. My thrown away medicine, I had spent about $180 worth of food and they threw away like it was nothing without even telling me, the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot for work. I do not recommend going there.   Better options on the other side of the highway!

  Ominous start, as they assigned me a unmade room. After they gave me a made up room it was not any better. The carpets felt sticky and the whole place seems run down. They have a sign stating that breakfast is no longer served at this location! Thankfully this was only a one night stay.   Will never be back!!!

  The manger here has a very nasty attitude!!!! Some one had went in my room. I called front desk to see why someone had been in my room. The manager states that no one was in my room. So we went back and forth about it. He never once gave me a chance to tell him how I knew some one had been in my room. Then he stated that we have nothing to talk about and I could check out if I wanted to. And I did check out a day before my time was up.   All work n a lil pleasure

  My stay here is very pleasant,warm comfortable and fun.... Kyla was the first whom I met and promptly took care of me gave me a wonderful room, and continues to make the stay as wonderful as her smile and charisma, kindness. Cheryl brings her own every day, she makes sure to ask me how my day was and if I need any services.... Jennifer has a great presence about herself she also treats the house guests as family... Jamal,Dashawn,Ella n Rosalyn really pay attention to detail in my room they really make it feel like a different house every time I walk in the door when they service the room...
