    I do not recommend this hotel. The room had a strong odor that smelled like a dog, and the kitchen area was in very poor condition. The entire space had an unpleasant smell, almost like rotten food. The refrigerator was not cold, and I was concerned about my food spoiling.I contacted guest services to simply have my window closed (it was open when I arrived), but after calling twice, I waited over an hour with no assistance, still waiting…. This was especially frustrating as I needed to get to sleep for a training the next morning.Additionally, there were ongoing banging noises from the walls during my stay. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing.     I rented a room for my brother in law for a couple weeks because he had to move. He extended his stay another week. The room was fine for his purposes. Big TV and kitchen. The people there were very accommodating. My BIL claims to have a bad back and insisted he have his own chair in the room. The hotel staff moved out the existing chair to make room. My BIL on the other hand was a real jerk. He came in to the front desk with an attitude and was surly during the whole check in process. The hotel staff meanwhile were as nice as they could be. Far nicer that he deserved.The same sort of thing happened when he moved out.He was late getting out, screwed up moving his chair, blamed everyone but himself for it all. I apologized to the hotel staff for his behavior and they were very gracious. Bottom line: good value, not fancy, clean, very great staff.     Not friendly for a long stay, as name suggests extended stay America

    Hotel rooms are near and clean but average.Hotel staff at front desk was good and helpful. Housekeeping staff was nice.Location is centralised close I 90 highway.But hotel has very strange rules. I think Management should look into this.1. Housekeeping only once a week free. Or else charge $ 13.2. They don't keep luggage of guests for couple of hours post checkout.     CUM STAINS ON THE CHAIR!!!!

    This was probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Do not stay here, go for something 20 dollars more because it will be far better. The room was dirty, except for the floor, counter bathtub and linens. There was grime on the fridge and a freaking chair with questionable stains that looked like semen. The stay was in room 330.     HORRIBLE!

    First stay, cleanliness was sup par, lots of other guest complaining of bugs. Took another trip here and due to limited availability of hotel rooms we were forced to stay here again. Had confirmation and receipt but they say they couldn't find us in the system. We showed them our confirmation number and booking info., yet they refused to honor it. They told us if we wanted Arion we would have to pay more than double what we booked. Contacted hotels.com to try to get resolution. They tried to contact the hotel to no avail. After about another hour of nonsensical water of our time trying to resolve the issue, we were forced to find another hotel. RECOMMEND OTHERS NOT TO USE THIS HOTEL!
