    Do not stay here. They advertise a free airport shuttle, but the hours are so restricted that they might as well not have a shuttle.

    Very clean hotel. The happy hour was a plus. The location from the city was a bit far but thankfully we rented a car. It was fine for a quick trip and a place to sleep and shower.

    The days inn slum lords who run this dump should absolutely be excluded from operating anything in the bonvoy network. They argued about our titanium check out time, refused our shuttle because they were resting and were just overall rude and lazy. The grounds are a mess and the ac leaks into a dirty,musty carpet. We only needed a few hours of sleep between a long drive and a flight and we’re not able to get that due to multiple knocks on the door from staff and calls to the room. When we tried to communicate with them via the app they never responded. If this was the last vacant room in the entire city I would choose to sleep on the airport floor before booking this property again.

    Poor poor poor - check in was the only good part . Walking distance to food was a plus. Light in the bathroom , did not work. Toilet paper in the toilet when i checked in. . 4 miles from airport and don't have a 24 hour shuttle. Then don't call yourself an airport hotel . walls were thin. could hear everything . 200.00 for a dump.

    I stayed at this hotel nearly a YEAR ago! In reading the current reviews I see the SAME PROBLEMS that I had. A YEAR LATER! Hopefully enough guests will STAY AWAY from four points Sheraton that they end up HAVING to do something about their poorly kept facility, and POOR customer service. Remember Four Points...the customer will cure your problem! Eventually!
