    Very high price for the terrible quality that this hotel has. The freehand staff is extremely rude, they barely look you in the face and the attendant who has huge eyelashes is completely ignorant and unable to have a civilized conversation without trying to kick you out of the front desk. The only good thing about this place is the location, the rooms are small, old and smell like mold, the bathroom looks dirty. It was the worst experience I've had in my life.

    I felt like crying when I seen it terrible realy bad the worse place I have ever stayed in old tired and dinge paint peeling of walls and ceiling room so cold had to sleep with my coat on don't know how it has 4 stars woulden jive it 1 star terrible just terrible

    This hotel was a terrible experience from the moment we arrived.At check in the person checking us in was extremely rude saying we hadn't prepaid and only changed it to taxes when I was pulling up we had paid in full.The hotel looks nothing like the photos given it was dark and dirty with peeling paint on the ceiling in the room we stayed in. The room was also freezing where we had to buy extra jumpers to sleep in and put our coats on top of us on the bed but when we went down to the lobby every morning the heating was going full blast. The WiFi kept turning off every 30 to 60 minutes where I would have to go back in a re connect I go on four to five trips a year and this has been the worst experience I've had and it put a damper on the whole trip.

    I went on this trip with a friend. We were intrigued by the ambiance of the lobby and the bar that was featured. It was in a great location so we thought it would be perfect. When we arrived, the hotel room was absolutely FILTHY and DISGUSTING. I don’t think it had ever been cleaned. The heat didn’t work and the room temp was absolutely freezing. Like had to wear my jacket and gloves inside. We finally asked to switch to a room where the heat worked. That room was even colder. And filthier. If that’s even possible. The staff was very pleasant so I feel bad writing this review but I felt absolutely disgusting. I washed everything that entered that hotel room when I got home.

    Queen size Room- I’d rate it just below average. Stay was ok, served as a place to sleep nothing more. Do not book if you expect “luxury”. 2 or 3 star at best. We had the tag on display saying ‘please clean’ but not once had towels or bedding changed. Bed was comfortable. Room was cold, as air-con could not be set above 87F, and had to request an additional blow heater. The decor and room itself very dated, flaking paint on the roof. Checking in was quick, no issue with the staff whatsoever. Think they probably would’ve freshened the room up if I had asked instead of relying on the door tag. But it does defeat the purpose of having a tag. In all not a bad stay, serves a purpose, nothing luxurious
