    Hannah at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating! Hotel was great and the maids were on it. Didn’t have time to check out the amenities much but the beds were very comfortable.

    NOISY air handling unit in bathroom. Hotel does not allow Silver members complimentary water. First time for that. Nice clean hotel, though.

    The hotel itself is in great shape. I looks to have been recently updated and it is certainly in the top 1/4 of all Hamptons at which I have stayed. Buffet is standard Hampton, but always fully stocked. Rooms clean and comfortable.The downside (and it's a deal-breaker for me): The gym is completely unsatisfactory. I use hotel gyms everywhere I stay. The dumbbell rack is missing pretty much every weight normal people would use. It has 5, 10, 40, 45 and 50. It is missing 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35. So, you either need to be really weak or really jacked to get a decent weight workout here. Please do better. You have a nice hotel, but this is low-hanging fruit that you missed.

    Good location, not many choices in area, friendly staff. Recently renovated. Lipstick on a pig. If you are looking for more than a quick business trip and a single one night need to bring your own furniture. No luggage racks. Purchased racks for $90. Refrig in living area because no one measured space for old refrigerator which freezes everything in it. Loud noises in units. No chairs for sitting and no table for sitting area. Nothing comfortable. But considering choices not much available for extras to allow for a comfortable stay. Quick and out.

    There are not many options in this neighborhood for a hotel at this price point. So this is our go to when in this area. The staff are pleasant and the rooms are spacious. They recently completed a refurbishment program to update the rooms. The refresh was needed perhaps overdue and now aligns to current brand expectations at other locations and was much needed. Also appreciated is the always on option and the quieter/start stop on the air handling in the rooms and the well maintained gym equipment.
