    Hotel was clean and well kept but if you are a light sleeper, be forewarned that the heater units are very noisy. The location is great, and easy to get to from the airport

    Stayed here for a few nights while attending some meetings. Nice and easy to access, convenient and plenty of parking. Staff were all very friendly throughout, room was ok and breakfast offering typical for Hampton but decent enough. I did enjoy my stay here but do have to mention something around waste. The brand now doesn’t service rooms each day or offer toiletries except in large dispenser containers- all around waste and sustainability - however - all tea and coffee items are individually wrapped in plastic, breakfast cutlery is wrapped in individual plastic wrapping. It seems to be sustainability - when it suits

    Public spaces were good. Large room with walk in shower, which I love. Large desk. Carpet needs replacing. Great breakfast

    We find it very convenient to stay at this Hampton Inn & Suites before flying out of O'Hare. We've now stayed at this hotel three of four times and each time, it's perfect! Great, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

    From day one to check out, this was a very good stay. I was greeted upon arrival and told if I need anything to just ask. I decided to walk over to the local mall (which is amazing too) for a little shopping and a bite to eat...but it was raining, the loaned me an umbrella for my walk. The breakfast staff is top notch! They make sure the tables are cleaned off, the food is fully stocked, and (Gina) even made me bacon on a day the buffet was only offering chicken sausage as their meat choice. Housekeeping my room was good (average) but friendly if you approached them with any needs. I didn't use the pool but it looked small and nice enough for kids to enjoy. My room was a nice spacious area with a desk (needed) and a great counter space in the bathroom. I would absolutely recommend this Hampton for anyone needed a room for a night or several.
