We had such a wonderful family stay at the Hampton Inn near the Magnificent Mile! From the second we walked inside, the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. A huge shoutout goes to Ms. Lynette, the lobby greeter, who made our trip truly special right off the bat. She was so kind and helpful, practically planning our entire first day for us with an amazing list of spots to see around downtown Chicago. Having someone with so much local knowledge walk us through where to go made navigating the city with the family completely stress-free. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the hotel's central location made walking to all the top attractions definitly easy. The entire experience was extremely perfect for our vacation, and we could not have asked for better hospitality. Ms. Lynette and the rest of the staff truly went above and beyond for us, and we will certainly be staying here again next time we visit Chicago! Very Uncomfortable Stay

Came with my sister for this Labor day weekend. Front desk not very welcoming. Not even a simple “Hi” or “How are you today” from anyone. The room itself was okay at best. The air conditioning unit just would not work. Multiple maintenance men came to try and fix it but couldn’t seem to, so to say being in the room was uncomfortable is an understatement. For nearly $400 this was the worst part of our trip by far and as an Hilton employee I was disappointed, especially knowing the standard that is expected.
