    The usual Hilton experience. Rooms are very convenient, except that there are no slippers and other toiletries. Housekeeping lady was very kind. Food can be better. Betty at breakfast was very helpful.

    Betty is very accomodating during breakfast. All staff are kind to assist everyone and they immediately offered their service without asking.

    Ramon checked me in and was delightful. The room was perfectly clean and had a view over the city , and blackout curtains. The breakfast on the second floor was real food, including omelettes and fresh fruit. They made the hot water for the tea in a carafe that did not have the lingering taste of coffee that so often happens when water carafes are shared with coffee carafes. Patrice was especially friendly and helpful, like all of the employees I interacted with. It is at least a half hour ride to Midway airport through heavy traffic. The rooftop restaurant and bar is attached to the hotel and is a beautiful view out to the lake and over the city.
