Valet is Definitely Not 24/7

If you don’t have a car or are fine with waiting until after 7 am for your car, then ignore this review. For the Loop, this is a quiet hotel that is an excellent value, and other reviewers have done a fine job of explaining why.But, if you do own a car, know that it is impossible to get you car on demand before 7 am. In my case, this means that I will be sitting around for an hour, and will have to drive home in a severe thunderstorm. We had an absolute blast staying at the Hampton Inn Majestic right in the heart of the Chicago Theatre District! The location was extremely perfect for walking everywhere downtown, letting us easily explore major sights without any stress. Every single staff member was so warm and welcoming, but a special shoutout goes to Warren. He was wonderfull on the phone helping us navigate right up to the valet parking, and then he gave us incredible recommendations that made our day in the city unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, the beds were cozy, and you simply cannot beat the value for money here. We will 100% be booking our stay here again the next time we visit Chicago with friends! Great Location, Helpful Employees, All for a Reasonable Price

This is an excellent choice if you want to be within walking distance of major sites downtown and stay in a nice place with reasonable prices. I want to add that ALL of the employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Noteably, Warren guided us (by phone) to the exact location for valet parking which was difficult to see on a busy street, and helped us as we planned our day in the city with some great suggestions. I will plan to stay at the Hampton Inn Majestic the next time I am in Chicago.
